Took my car in for the 40,000 service. Call ahead to make sure the price and that the transmission service was included. They stated that it was. Just picked up my car and after I paid I reviewed the make sure the price and that the transmission service was included. They stated that it was. Just picked up my car and after I paid I reviewed the bill and it said checked fluid. I asked if they changed the fluid and filter and they said no. That it was not required but recommended. I went to the service manual in my car and showed them it was listed under the 40,000 service. They said that it would be an additional $380. I will never take my car back there and I suggest that you do not take your car there. Bait and switch. More
The people here are a fantastic team to work with, I purchased a brand new Sonata at an amazing price. They even offered me free service and oil change. I also got some other goodies too. They were all about business, which made things go by much faster, but while being friendly at the same time. Pl check the service prices with other VW dealers before you visit Cardinale VW(2603 Wardlow Rd, Corona, CA 92882). These people charge premiere prices. Customer service is very bad. They tend to initially you visit Cardinale VW(2603 Wardlow Rd, Corona, CA 92882). These people charge premiere prices. Customer service is very bad. They tend to initially have to agree to a price by saying they would give you 10% discount and later on, go back on this. Had very very bad experience today, especially Ryan (So called Service Dept Manager). I would never visit this place again. I was charged 120 USD more compared to other dealers. They literally denied to issue my car keys unless i agreed to the final price. Worst experience, worst customer service. More

I have never felt it important to send in a review of a company I have done business with but I think with the service I received from Cardinaleway has caused me to come and make it known how satisfied I a company I have done business with but I think with the service I received from Cardinaleway has caused me to come and make it known how satisfied I am. Having just finished with a lease with Vw and not really credit worthy to get another lease through Vw Javier assured me that they would do everything possible to get another lease because that was the only way I could afford a new car. I reviewed my credit with Daniel the sales manager and learned I had been late several times throughout my previous lease. I informed him of the reasons and he went to work with Vw credit to get me approved again. What ended up happening was beyond suprising. These guys took my previous lease on trade instead of just giving it back to Volkswagen credit. Then they used equity I had no Idea about to make my payment more affordable then the car I just traded in. The negotiation process was simple and they made me feel as though I was a valuable customer. I will recommend anyone who wants a car to go tothis dealer and deal with these two guys. For those few people who have had bad experiences dealing with Cardinaleway,shame on you. I dont think it was the dealer who got it wrong, it was you. More
I purchased a CPO 09 Jetta wagon from Cardindalway VW, Corona, CA. It was delivered to me in SD with the following problems; missing key Tires with approx 5K miles left and two different manufacture Corona, CA. It was delivered to me in SD with the following problems; missing key Tires with approx 5K miles left and two different manufacturers - CPO cars must have 50% of the life left of wear item such as tires missing antenna interior was filthy, had the seats prof cleaned & water was black sales contract was incorrect, it was $500+ what was agreed upon on the phone, it was revised but its been 20 days & I still don't have a copy, it was a cash sale! I requested the CPO Insp checklist (you know where they insp 112 items), to see what they found/fixed and the service records (performed by a nearby VW dealer) and have never received them, nor told why i couldn't get them...they just ignore my request I have had to make several calls to the used car mgr and sales person and sent a dozen emails, all to no avail. It's been 20 days since I bought it and the above issues are still unresolved. I now have to get with VW USA Customer service. Stay away, these people are crooks!!!! Very unscrupulous business practices, and poor Customer service, especially from the Mgr., he got his money and could care less about anything else. Promised to call me back on 2 occasions, never did, no response to emails. I have purchased 25+ cars in my life and this transaction is up there in the top 3 worst, ever. BUYERS BEWARE !!!!!! More
The sales guy Kamal was very friendly and knowledgeable but once it came to finance with scott, this guy tried to scam me. I signed the contract then came back in to sign another contract because he said h but once it came to finance with scott, this guy tried to scam me. I signed the contract then came back in to sign another contract because he said he was giving me a service contract for free. YEAH RIGHT!! nothing in life is free. He got me a lower interest rate and instead charged me $1300 dollars for a service contract. Luckily I saw what he was trying to do. Watch out. Then he had me come back in to sign another contract for financing for 72 months when I originally wanted 60. I was fed up and gave back the car. Very rude and unprofessional once I said I wanted to give back car. More

I came into the dealership for service. Meet Booker and we started talking about my car and the new cars. He ask did I want to see what the new Jetta had to offer for 2011.
