My husband and I went to this dealership looking to buy a later model, used Jetta in a particular color, for a particular price. They had a good selection of newer used cars and several colors to choose from in our price range, so we feel like we really got to pick and choose what car we wanted, instead of just taking what was merely available. For those of you who have gone shopping for a used car, you know it can be incredibly difficult to find everything you want. I'm a really picky person, too, especially when I know I'm going to be spending thousands of dollars. So it had to be exactly what I wanted or it wouldn't be worth it. Our salesman Leslie S. was great. He came out as soon as we pulled up and asked us what we wanted, then really helped us find the car that fit us. Before this I went to another dealership and it felt like they were just dragging me from car to car to see what would stick without listening to what I actually wanted. But Leslie was very knowledgeable about the cars themselves and answered all our questions, and he was always patient with our (my) pickiness. I didn't feel any pressure at all, and I really appreciated that. I rated everything about this experience as great except for the price, even though what we paid for our 2010 Jetta SE was very fair, I just think it would be nice to pay less. I told you, I'm picky. So just to conclude, I feel like we got exactly what we wanted at this dealership. There was no pressure, no messing around, and the salesmen were normal people (!). They worked with us to get the payments down to what we wanted, and we even got a warranty for a good price. My husband and I are happy with our purchase here and we would recommend this dealership to anybody. More

Went to the dealer looking for a 2013 Jetta SE. Leslie took me for a long test drive through the freeway and a long empty street to really test the car which is what I really wanted to do. Most dealers I went to only let me go around the block, and didnt really get to test drive the car. Mitch was amazing he really helped me out when no one else would especially with the financing, having new and very little credit history, I really didnt think I would get this car but hes the man. Leslie then showed me all the features and everything the car could do and we worked on a deal I was comfortable with so I decided to go ahead and take the car. After receiving the treatment everyone dreads from a couple Volkswagen dealers in the Los Angeles area, I was fortunate enough to find Chris Kelly via the CarWoo app on my iPhone. Despite being told there were only 3 cars of the make and color I wanted (2013 VW GLI Autobahn) left in the NATION by the previously mentioned dealers, Chris made me an offer already $300 lower than any offer I'd received previously. He acknowledged right away that he did not have the car on his lot, but with a simple dealer exchange he could have the car for me the very next day. Chris and his partners in sales waited for me to make the hour long drive down to Corona, stayed open late for me to finalize the sale and paperwork, and had us on our way with relatively no delay. I work in television production, and therefore have very few hours of free time during the week. I bought the car late on Sunday night, and so I wouldn't have to wait until the next weekend to pick up my brand new car, Chris offered to drive it up to me in Los Angeles the next day.
