He directed us to another salesperson, Bob, who was just as friendly and laid back. He was honest and cut to the chase with us, no going back and forth changing up the numbers or playing games to trick us into thinking the dealership was "cutting us a deal." We were able to give them our limits and they told us their bottom line and we were able to meet in the middle with no hassle. To make things better, they were very understanding and helpful as we had three little children with us! We definitely recommend this dealership and thank Carlos and Bob for the great experience! Carlos took note of what we were looking for in a car and showed us only those that fell in that criteria or were beneficial to our needs. He was very knowledgeable of each car he presented to us, no pressure at any time. There was a genuine feel that he was there to help us choose the car we would love to take home. Carlos also compared the car prices to the competitors prices. He and the manager, Jonny Sanders were quick, they didn't haggle us, in fact, they worked with us to meet our desired payment amounts. We were soon transferred to Mark who was ready to do paperwork. He was very efficient, paperwork was completed in a very timely manner. We went home with big smiles on our faces and a brand new car. I have been looking around for a car for my wife. Mazda was not even on my list of cars to look at. My wife saw a car on the lot as we drove by and asked me if we could look at it. I was not up for playing games at all so I went back to the dealership to get a OTD cost so I may shop around and see what other people could give me. Johnny did just what I wanted he gave me an OTD cost and said I hope to see you again. I checked with three other dealerships and a couple of auto brokers. Peoria Mazda beat them all. Cardinale Way found the car for me and sold it to me at sticker - not a "deal" but it is if you co find the exact car I wanted even at sticker price.
