I took my Mazda in for oil change and tire rotation and was told it would take about 2 hours. I waited in the comfortable lounge enjoying a coffee and popcorn. After 3 hours I found the person in charge of service for my car and asked where my car was. It had been finished earlier but no one informed me. My service manager was kind enough to discount my charge and apologized for my inconvenience. I appreciated that. He said a technician had gone home due to illness. I’m sure this doesn’t happen often so I will return for my next oil change.
