We were in a situation with our current vehicle and the manuf Worked with a salesman (Aaron Weiss) for about 3 months on a purchase of a new 2018 cx9. We were in a situation with our current vehicle and the manufacturer (waiting on approval for a buyback). We kept the salesman informed during the whole process and he seemed like he was genuinely concerned about our issues with the current vehicle and he wanted to help us get into the new vehicle. Everything seemed great and the plan was that once we heard back that we got the approval for the buyback we would go in and purchase the cx9 that has been on their lot since January. The time came where we got the approval and as educated vehicle purchasers, we started getting quotes around the valley on a 2018 cx9... there was one dealership, NOT CardinaleWay who was significantly lower in price. Aaron said we could bring that quote in and he would see what he could do. We agreed to this. On the day we told him we were going to buy the car he said it was gone and he would have to try and find another one from another dealership and that it was sold that morning. We informed him that we were coming days in advance! I guess the other dealership that had the lower price got that vehicle from them and told us that CardinaleWay just gave it to them with no questions asked and never once told them that they couldn't have it because they have a customer wanting to purchase it today. So, since Aaron could care less if he sold a vehicle to us, we went to the other dealership and purchased from them. Aaron proves that they are just that... Salesmen. They don't care about you after the fact. More

We called ahead on an advertised vehicle on the internet and were told it was still there and we could come look at it (this was 5 PM on a Sunday). We showed up and the vehicle was waiting for us. Nice looking rig, but when I opened the drivers door, it was broke. I tried to negotiate them to fix the door and make the deal at the price shown on the internet, but to no avail. I even asked why a car with a broken door was on their lot, still no deal. I was very mad that we had driven 1 hr. each way to see a vehicle with a door not working after spending all day looking for vehicles, to say the least! HOWEVER, I got a call on Monday afternoon from the Sales manager asking if they fixed the door and kept the price the same, could they earn my business. I said "yes, of course....why didn't they take my offer last night?". I was informed that the "right" person was not there on Sunday night to make that kind of decision. They stepped up and made the deal, fixed the car door perfectly and actually brought the paperwork to sign to our work and then delivered the car across the Valley to our home when the door was fixed! Overall, Cardinale Way Peoria took care of what they needed to and delivered on good customer service, even with the xxxx up on Sunday. They would have gotten 5 stars from me without that. I would definitely use them again. More
