Outstanding experience and very quick. From the moment the Sales person (Bill) greeted me to the time I knew I had been approved for the deal, it couldn't have been more than 45 minutes! Having said this, they didn't leave me with the feeling of shoving me through their process. They took the time to make sure the vehicle was what I wanted and were very empathetic towards my concerns about having to bring any vehicle back to the dealership due to an unapproved deal. I met with Tim in Finance next who was very honest, upfront and reassuring. He took the time to walk me through every aspect of my contract and made sure I had the two things I had consistently mentioned were non-negotiables for me (Gap and Extended Warranty). In addition, knowing of my continuing concerns about having to return the vehicle, my Sales contact, Bill called me the following week to tell me my old car had already been sold and that I could use that as proof that I would not have any concerns with keeping this car (which I love by the way!). The whole experience was the most quick and painless car purchase experience i've ever had. This dealer is credible, friendly and interested in more than your hard earned money!
