Last Monday, I had an appointment with Nate Kelli at 1 o’clock to service my daughter Carr when we arrive at the dealership, I was surprised that he can’t get to my car until tomorrow afternoon. Nate said he’ll give me a call at 1 o’clock never called. I called him at 4:45. Nate said they haven’t even looked at my daughter car. I was a little upset. I’ll say I’ll pick up my car. Never mind I thought it was unbelievable. They didn’t even look at my car. They had it for 1 1/2 days I called back cause I was a little upset. I asked Nate to have the manager call me. He said he’ll try. I was livid at that point. I called back a third time to ask for the manager name, Nate hung up the phone on me. I was dumbfounded. I would like a manager to call me as soon as possible. This is unbelievable thank you very much.
