The customer service was good, I was met shortly after walking onto the lot. Allen was friendly and we talked about looking at various models. I test drove the car I eventually purchased. I felt as though I was at the dealership all afternoon causing the overall experience to bring the rating down to just ok. After seeing the prices on tv I felt as though more discounts could have been offered but otherwise the price was good. If I would have received a year of free XM Radio and oil changes I might have been happy with that instead of the additional discounts. More
