I emailed my sales associate, Freddy, and let him know. The dealer was well within their rights to tell me,"too bad." This is a "no cool off period" state. I received an email from Scott at 8:00am sharp the next day. He told me to come down and they will fix the situation. I went in at 9:00 am. They had me in a beautiful certified 2013 Hyundai Sonata and on my way in less than an hour and a half. Wonderful service!! Above and beyond!! More
