It was very busy at the service station. The drop off process seemed a bit chaotic. Once inside, the upgraded show room/waiting area looked very nice, modern and clean. But the customers waiting were each in their own world…phones, tablets etc. The large monitor in the waiting area could be used in a different more engaging manner. The service advisor Minh was friendly and knowledgeable. My complaint is that once I got home, I noticed one of my tire valve caps was missing. I checked my other tires and all 3 remaining caps were loose. It seems that when air was added to my tires the technician did not properly put the caps back on. More

Terrible customer service. No return calls. Lack of respect for others time and needs. I called on Friday for a part that came in to fix a warranty part. Was told they had to c No return calls. So now I have to start over with a dealership that is farther away. Thanks Jessica! Real great job. Not! More
