Let me start of by saying that I am grateful for the staff at CardinaleWay Hyundai. However, it should not have take 3 weeks for my car to be kept in the dealership with nothing done to it. I understand insurances can be difficult to work with, but I think it’s safe to say 3 weeks is one too many days. Customers should always be priority, and unfortunately I felt that I was not a priority for this dealership, only the $7k+ work you were trying to get from my insurance. If another Hyundai dealership was able to work with my insurance and solve my issue within 3 days, I wonder why it was so difficult to work with Hyundai of Corona?… More
Although the customer service has improved from prior to the remodel. I'm not going to be recommending this dealership for a while. I need to see consistency in the level of customer service. Another issue I have is the fact shuttle service is no longer provided. I know it's all about $$$ so if you were to include it with the purchase of an extended warranty the option would at least be offered. Since it appears manufacturers no longer have a high quality control standard, as more cars are in need of malfunction type repairs, an extended warranty has become necessary. Case in point, my vehicle. I have visited the service department for malfuntioning issues almost every month since I purchased it on 9/7/22. It's very upsetting, Hyundai used to be a sound product and provided excellent customer service. More

The service at CardinaleWay Hyundai is always exceptional! From check in to the time my car was ready to go, everything was great, customer service is top notch and the beautiful waiting space is exceptional! Because of the positive experiences I’ve had at Cardinale, I no longer choose to go to the dealership where I purchased my car and will only take it to CardinaleWay Hyundai. They gave me an appointment the same day as I called and were very pleasant when I arrived. They diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts and will call me when they are in.
