Took my ram truck in to have them check out a bad clicking sound that is really loud and obvious, they basically told me it wasn’t there, did nothing, had no knowledge about diesel trucks, didn’t eve clicking sound that is really loud and obvious, they basically told me it wasn’t there, did nothing, had no knowledge about diesel trucks, didn’t even try, then charged me $200 lol. Then they told me my truck I purchased brand new had a “performance tuner” on my completely stock motor which made me really mad because I know doing anything like that will void your warranty on a diesel. I Have a lot of friends and family with rams and I will make sure they will go out of there way to go to Petaluma for some good service from here on out. P.s.
