2006 3/4 ton Dodge RAM diesel with a life-time free oil change. It seems that it is a LITHIA contract, not a Dodge contract, and when CardinaleWay bought this Lithia dealership CardinaleWay was supposed to change. It seems that it is a LITHIA contract, not a Dodge contract, and when CardinaleWay bought this Lithia dealership CardinaleWay was supposed to honor the contract and Lithia was supposed to reimburse them. But Lithia supposedly stiffed them and stopped paying the reimbursements. So instead of taking them to small claims court to make it right, several weeks ago when I went in for my oil change they handed me a sheet saying no more free oil changes. The closest dealership that might honor the contract is in Walnut Creek, at least 2 hours round trip (plus rush hour time) away!! Baloney! So they're going to take their chances on their public image?? So be it. In your reply all I want to see is "come back in an we'll honor the contract". Anything less don't bother commenting. More
Bought an extended warranty for my truck, took it in to have it serviced and it has been there for almost a month I went to take my truck back after having no job done on the truck it has been so frustrati have it serviced and it has been there for almost a month I went to take my truck back after having no job done on the truck it has been so frustrating no updates no job done it just literally sat there to get filthy dirty. Paul young is horrible, very bad attitude, tried to pick a fight with me after I didn't want to sign any papers ( these papers supposedly say work was done) but I can not have any copies of it. He did not want to give me my keys back!Very dishonest, shady people, scammers! They should shut this place down. They're just good at one thing selling cars and convincing people to buy stupid warranties that are a joke. You won't have anything approved! Please don't buy from here and don't have your vehicles serviced here!! More

I had to take it in AGAIN because i lost so power at a stop sign. That wasn’t 10 grand to replace the transmission in a Jeep that I’ve literally made 5 payments. More
