TL:DR they gave me back my car twice with problems it didn’t have before, told me they didn’t do it, then kicked me out when I proved otherwise. So I originally took my car in because it had a burst p didn’t have before, told me they didn’t do it, then kicked me out when I proved otherwise. So I originally took my car in because it had a burst pipe coming off the radiator, they charge me $3,500 to replace the pipe and change the oil and such. Pretty expensive but whatever. So I get the car back and immediately notice the ignition sounds weird. It sounded basically new when I gave it to them, that low purring sound, and now it’s a high metallic ticking sound. It sounds like a 1980 Honda Civic when you start it up. I said “fine, whatever”, you don’t usually go in for surgery and come out clean. Then I noticed the button on the ignition system wasn’t working right. It would click down to the middle accessory part instead of turning off. So I got the car back from them with a couple problems it didn’t have before. Then I’m driving down the road a couple weeks later and I hear this wheezing watery sound coming from the engine. I immediately drove over to the dealership (I was on the way home from the gym) and the lady there, Iman Nielsen, totally tried to blow me off. She said they were really busy because it was July 5th and a bunch of people took off for 4th of July. She actually looked hungover herself. So she basically tried to say “you know sometimes there are just noises in the pipes” or something, basically trying to say it’s all in my head. So then she goes, “alright well let’s go out there and have Old Jim take a look at it”, so we walk out there and she flags down some tech who’s just standing there with his thumb up his butt, and Old Jim pops the hood, looks at it for 5 seconds, and goes “ah-yup, looks fine to me!”, and I kid you not, I’m not making this part up, as he slams the hood back down some coolant starts leaking down from the engine on to the ground in front of them. So that right there should have been my red flag that these people weren’t on the level. But my car was broken, they broke it, and it was already parked there. So me and Iman go back inside and she starts throwing other excuses, like she has these lines from a playbook or something, talking about how “oh you know sometimes when we fix part A it puts pressure on part B and then that’s a new job and another charge”. Fine, whatever, just fix what you broke and I’ll pay if I have to. Turns out whoever had changed the oil had over filled and it was leaking out into the engine, which is where the watery wheezing sound was coming from. So I get the car back and it still sounds like garbage on the ignition, the button is still weird to start up, and now on top of that the speakers are busted. Not kidding, something was wrong with the bass and it sounded like a duck was quacking every time the bass dropped. So at this point I’m pretty pissed since I really like my music. I go back in a third time and ask to talk to Paul, the manager. He starts throwing the usual excuses you’d expect from someone covering their xxx. So we go out there and I show him how the sound system isn’t working and he tries to say “oh maybe that happened after you got it back from us”. Like it’s going along for 5 years and just coincidentally broke in that 3 day window. Right, totally. So he brings his mechanic out to “look at it”, and basically the guy starts throwing the same excuses, saying “oh we didn’t work on that part so I don’t know man”. They were asking me what I thought was wrong. I’m not a mechanic, I have no idea. All I know is I gave them my car and they gave it back to me in worse condition on multiple occasions. So we go around and around like that and eventually Paul kicks me out when he realizes I’m not taking his bull. Now here’s the kicker. When I got home I took a closer look at the speakers myself and there was a bolt missing from one of them. I don’t know if their mechanics were just so sloppy they manhandled the car to the point where a bolt fell out, or if one of the mechanics did it maliciously More
The more reviews I read the more furious it makes me that I am not the only one who has lost thousands of dollars, time and energy! Shame on Jeep for allowing this place to be an authorized dealer. I though I am not the only one who has lost thousands of dollars, time and energy! Shame on Jeep for allowing this place to be an authorized dealer. I thought I could trust bringing my Jeep to their services department and here I am 6 months later nothing done, no parts ordered… inconsistent and incorrect information about my vehicle. It does NOT make any sense how Jeep would allow their brand to be represented like this. Cardinaleway has many dealerships across California and Arizona (deep pockets) My advice lawyer up and get paid! Time to remind this dealership the importance of costumer service. A embarrassing management team of inexperience and arrogance. The GM of this dealership dad is the “regional market president” of cardinaleway… obviously the only reason he has the gig. More
CardinaleWay CDJR in Santa Rosa has been advertising a truck (vin: 3C6UR5FL8PG598258) for sale for 118 days as of today (3/19/2024) on CarGurus, Edmonds, CarEdge and others. On 3/2/2024, after I messaged truck (vin: 3C6UR5FL8PG598258) for sale for 118 days as of today (3/19/2024) on CarGurus, Edmonds, CarEdge and others. On 3/2/2024, after I messaged the dealer through the CarGuru app, I received a call from salesman Alexis Q. who told me the truck will be in VIP parking, ready for me to test drive and look over. Then he called after I was on my way that someone was looking at the truck. When I arrived I was told the truck was sold and was not on the lot for me to see, but there were other trucks he wanted to show me. Still trusting that the salesperson (Alexis Q) was being honest I purchased a similar truck with a bit more miles and for approximately $4K more than the one advertised. Since 3/2/2024 I've continued to get emails from CarGurus and Edmunds that the advertised truck (vin. 3C6UR5FL8PG598258) is still available for sale. I messaged CarGurus "chat bot" and got an email from Melissa B. which had the truck advertisement from CarGurus and Alexis’ info. I replied asking for an updated picture of the truck since it was on the site for sale even though I was told it sold 2 weeks ago when I was there at the dealer on 3/2/2024. I was able to get someone to talk to me about it (Eric) and when I asked to see a picture he finally admitted that the truck sold. He said it's happening with some other vehicles that they are getting a lot of calls about. I even contacted CarEdge and CarGurus to have the ad taken down. As for the truck Alexis sold me, I didn’t find out until later that Alexis lied to me and my wife about its origin. He stated that the truck he was selling me (vin: C6UR5FL3PG558993) was originally purchased and owned in California and had a higher resale value than another dealer's truck (comp) I was interested in, which was originally purchased and owned in Utah. As it turned out, the truck Alexis sold me was also from Utah, not California. When I asked him about it the next day over the phone he said it was his only leverage to make the sale. Also, I tried leaving a message with about 3 other people not mentioned here and all the voicemail boxes are full and not able to take anymore messages. I left messages with (Jennifer) but no one ever called back. I wish I would have done my homework before ever trying to work with this dealership. I don't think they will be around much longer. More
In April 2023 I bought a brand new Dodge Challenger SXT Blacktop Edition white knuckle. During the process I made clear I am a cash buyer with no financing needed. The salesman was ok made the effort to dr Blacktop Edition white knuckle. During the process I made clear I am a cash buyer with no financing needed. The salesman was ok made the effort to drive the Challenger to my location about 35 miles so I could test drive & see it. While I was in the car with the salesman he had me signed paperwork to hold the car for 3 days when I was able to go pay for, and pick it up, mind you I made clear no financing needed & I am paying cash. I never received my copies of that paperwork I signed. The following Monday I was alerted that my credit score went down 6 points due to an enquiry from their dealership which almost made me not buy it from them however having already had the cashier check in hand I went and bought the car. Forward to 1 year later with only 3000 miles on my Challenger I take it in for it's first oil change to be told 2 hours later while waiting that it had an oil pan seal leak which needed to be repaired under warranty. The employees I have to say were nice so this is on Chrysler the corporation not them as it's customer service employees. I took the Challenger back the following week for the repair which was completed & upon picking up the car the wheels were filthy so I wondered why are they so dirty as I washed the car the morning before driving it there. I decided to trade in my Challenger for a Camaro which a year earlier I should have bought. Chrysler you will never get my business again for dealing with your corporation was the worst car buying experience of my life. Do Better!! More

Don’t go there, they will treat you nice when you come in, but when they make mistakes they don’t take responsibility for them. They caused $14,000 worth of damage to my car. No help from the dealership or their corporate office. They left me without a vehicle, which caused me to lose my job and hinder my family financially. Their mistakes literally ruined my life. They offered me $500 for $14,000 worth of damage, and then sent me a harassing email besmirching my character. They should not have a business license. More

Truck sprung a leak in a lower radiator hose. Took it in for a day-of fast replacement. Note that the current strike slowed down part procurement but it is almost a week out and I am still waitin Took it in for a day-of fast replacement. Note that the current strike slowed down part procurement but it is almost a week out and I am still waiting. When I came in, I told the service team that I could put my finger on the hole and all I needed was one tube that I could physically point to and save some time and money. Instead, they said they did not need the help and charged me $199 for then to figure out what I already told them. The service rep said that the repair cost would be $400 to $450 "out the door" and confirmed that with me. However, the estimate they had me sign HAD NO ESTIMATE ON IT. They added it after the fact and claimed I approved it. I even asked the labor rate and was not given an answer. It is about $275 per hour. $275 is ALOT of extra overhead. Final bill had a ~20-25% markup over what they had indicated it would be. The only person who can help me fix the issue is apparently the one who checked me in and he has not called ALL DAY. Stay away. These guys are smart, but overpriced and not up front with their customers. I still do not have a truck back and no communication about the questionable practices that I was subjected to so I can get it back. I will NOT EVER be going back to these guys. More
Worst service department I have ever worked with. Terrible communication. Sometimes I would reach out and they would not respond at all for weeks. I'd have to call over and over to get a response. Th Terrible communication. Sometimes I would reach out and they would not respond at all for weeks. I'd have to call over and over to get a response. They would routinely put me to someone's voicemail and that was totally useless, no response ever. You can't get a hold of anyone there. When you go there in person, nobody seems like they care about what they're doing at all. More

Cardinal Way Chrysler Dodge Jeep dealership is the worst dealership I ever dealt with. They promised me my car would be delivered to the dealership in 7 to 10 days when it didn't show up after 10 days l s dealership I ever dealt with. They promised me my car would be delivered to the dealership in 7 to 10 days when it didn't show up after 10 days l started calling, I could only leave a message, no one called me back, I had to go in person and threaten to cancel the order before I could get answers. They were not quick to send in the DMV paperwork so it took 2 months to get my license plate but before I could get them on the jeep Wrangler the transmission went out. It is now at the dealership for the last 4 days and I still don't have the loaner cars I was promised. I have made numerous calls and even left messages and would you believe I have not received a return call . In good conscience I can not give them even one star. I will never do business with them again. I was wondering how they stay in business, it has to be by over charging and under delivering. Mark Johnson More
