Great Experience Overall! I asked for Alex to find me a used car in a specific price range with a limited amount of miles on it. He found the perfect car for me! Although I was I asked for Alex to find me a used car in a specific price range with a limited amount of miles on it. He found the perfect car for me! Although I was a non traditional buyer,getting a used car instead of a new one, I was still treated with with respect and courtesy in the buying process. Alex and everyone else at the dealership were friendly and helpful while I waited with my infant daughter. In three hours I went to cardinal Honda to get my 1996 crv fixed it was going to be way to much to put in an old car so I went to a car sales man ( Waiter ) he ta I went to cardinal Honda to get my 1996 crv fixed it was going to be way to much to put in an old car so I went to a car sales man ( Waiter ) he talked to me a little bit and said when I was ready to buy a car to let him know . I then found out just how much it was really going to be to fox my old car a went to Walter and said I want that 2012 crv on the side . he then put things in motion and I had my car and at a vary good rate . He was not a pushy sales man he gave me the room to make my own choice you really don't get that anywhere . well I can tell you I did at the cardinal Honda. More

Alex my sister's going to need a car next I bought a 2011 Jeep Wrangler from Cardinal Honda a little under a year ago. I'm from out of state and can't bring it to Cardinal for regular service I bought a 2011 Jeep Wrangler from Cardinal Honda a little under a year ago. I'm from out of state and can't bring it to Cardinal for regular service but the salesman I worked with calls periodically to see how I like my Jeep. Cardinal happened to be the first dealership and unexpectedly the only dealership I visited. Walter Groux is what all salesmen should aspire to be like. He is a gentleman, he listens, is patient, and not at all pushy. I already knew a lot about the product but Walter was able to add value by sharing his expertise with some of the more subtle aspects of the car. Cardinal Honda as a whole is clean, efficient and I look forward to bringing my new CRV there for service. More

Walter is the BEST!! Walter is unique among car salesmen in that he does not apply any pressure during the car buying process. He truely wants to find you the most appropriate car and financing while at the same time create a relationship that will last long after the car is purchased. I immediatelhy felt comfortable with Walter when we met. He carefully went through all of the services and benefits Cardinal Honda offers their customers, showed my husband and I exactly what we wanted to see (as we had pretty much made up our minds on the car, just needed the right price), and let us take our time to decide. We did not buy the CRV that first day but very quickly called him back to say yes, we're ready to buy. I would HIGHLY recommend meeting with Walter if you are in the market for a Honda. Quality Service I previously had purchased from Westbrook. When I went there this time after purchasing 2 new vehicles and having gone there for my service, I was tre I previously had purchased from Westbrook. When I went there this time after purchasing 2 new vehicles and having gone there for my service, I was treated like an unknown person, so I left. At Cardinal, I was greeted by Walter and was surprised by the lack of sales pressure. He let me buy at a fair price and no bargaining which is not true of most dealerships.
