Thank you for leaving us a review. We are sorry to hear your experience has not been positive; however, we did everything we can to provide a good experience. But here are a few things to add to your post: 1) Your title was sent out to you within 3 weeks, and it was returned to us since the address provided was not current, we are happy to send you a picture of the returned mail in private. You were contacted for over a month to see how we can get it to you and you never picked up or called back. 2) Carfax is published online with every vehicle on our website. We provide all these reports and you do not have to ask us, it is publicly available. 3) The vehicle was serviced before and after you did the purchase. We even gave you a loaner to help with the situation. 4) You were supposed to come in on a weekend we discussed to get front tires on after you were informed an adapter was located at our mechanic, you never showed. We made an effort to help you multiple times because we care about providing a good experience. Unfortunately, we aren't able to verify addresses given to us (unless banks ask) and we can't replace tires on a car that is not available. Furthermore, we thought this issue had been taken care of via an agreement to send you a gift card for replacing your front tires. Again, we are sorry to hear we are a shady business, that is not how we intend to or conduct our business.

1. No calls were ever received by my phone number- I have phone records to prove such 2. The repairs were not completed correctly and the loaner was appreciated, but the repair was not actually remedied per a mechanic that looked at the car. We received a second opinion on this, too. 3. The title would have been received before I moved if it was actually sent on time 3. Even if the title was sent late, it would have been forwarded because even our government mail was forwarded 4. We have the correct address and it was STILL returned to you. Seems like Cartrader has the issue, here. 5. We were not aware of Carfax being publicly available; the sales rep advised that he would provide one when we came back to get the tires fixed as if it was something the dealer had to provide. 6. I have phone records that show ME calling to your company repeatedly trying to get an appointment. 7. No gift card was ever mentioned that was going to be sent to us. We just asked for a check.
