Just purchased a used vehicle from CarSquad after searching for several months. Saw the vehicle online last night and came in the next morning to test drive it. The similar models and color combos were all lined up together so it made it super easy to compare options. Buddah was my sales rep and he was amazing! He literally met me at the door and assisted me throughout my entire purchase. This was by far the least stressful car buying experience I’ve had so far. There was no pressure, he just answered my questions and gave me additional info to make the best choice. He was very honest and extremely helpful. I went in alone but I felt like he was actually on my side and not just shoving a vehicle my way. I’m very satisfied with my purchase and the overall experience. No hidden fees here either! What you see is what you get. More

I can confidently say that the team at CarSquad have their customers’ best interests in mind. I worked with Theo and Calvin for my purchase and they were absolutely amazing. This was my first car purcha their customers’ best interests in mind. I worked with Theo and Calvin for my purchase and they were absolutely amazing. This was my first car purchase so I was unsure of how the whole process worked. Theo and Calvin worked with me to allow me to purchase the 2022 Honda Civic EX that I wanted and were very patient and accommodating. Theo especially went above and beyond—he could tell how much I liked the car and went out of his way to ensure that I was able to get it. I had reservations about purchasing from CarSquad because I had never heard of them prior to finding my vehicle online on their website. Their used cars are so competitively priced that it was hard to believe the car had no hidden damage—however, an unaffiliated pre-purchase inspection proved otherwise. In addition, CarSquad has no hidden fees, unlike other dealerships. The price you see online is the price of the vehicle, minus taxes/title/registration and the $150 doc fee that is also disclosed on their website. Everything is very transparent. I would highly recommend requesting Theo as your salesperson and Calvin for financial advising. More

Very poor customer service. They’re what you call “fake nice.” They don’t have your best interest at heart. They also don’t like when you say no to financing with them and want to finance through your own financial institution. I don’t recommend buying a car from this dealership. More
