Car Suad commutes contract fraud and forgery on my purchase on 8/16/23. I left believing I bought a car with the price shown plus tax, tilte , license and their $150 document fee. After signing severa purchase on 8/16/23. I left believing I bought a car with the price shown plus tax, tilte , license and their $150 document fee. After signing several pages on an iPad as well as paper and an ink pen with MY signature and my son’s signature, those documents were shredded by the finance person. He replaced the documents that I actually views, read and signed with a totally different contract of $5,800 more part of which was a warranty plan he added without our knowledge at all. He tucked the reprinted contract in a folder as we stood up and walked out to the car we just purchased. I had no idea he committed contract fraud until I needed to get information from it to hunt down my registration and plates. According to the tax office 4 weeks later they never received my paperwork from car squad for the tax, title and license. They have filed bankruptcy on 9/6, shuttered their doors. Total scam and crime going on. I have plenty of proof. The review I wrote before I saw the fraudulent contact with forged signatures was also fraudulent. I wrote about 3 specific sentences in it. All the rest they filled in the rest of thy review I saw posted. This is Cynthia in Katy, Tx. Bought a car on 8/16/23 at car squad in Katy. I am an honest, hardworking single mom of a college student and was completely taken advantage of by the finance person who said he was from corporate to check in things. He shredded our contract, made a new one and did not show us. Sent us on our way. More

Worked with Mikey today he is wonderful, understanding, friendly and knowledgeable. He was very patient when it came to my mother and I. Over all car squad is an amazing place and high recommend.
