Finding a car online was easy. The dealership employees were very welcoming. Everyone made sure we were being helped. Because the vehicle had to be delivered from out of state, I wanted to test drive it. This appeared to be a surprise to the person in express check out. Having received a call the night before, I was given the option to receive paperwork to sign. When showing up to the dealership I was pressured into signing electronically. However, the screen to read, initial, and sign had a blank stripe and I was unable to read the contract and the contract had to be done on paper. So the contract was signed the original way I had requested I had been assured the night before the paperwork would be ready at checkout and I'd be able to test drive the vehicle. Including the test drive we were at the dealership for 2 1/2 hours. It wasn't ideal nor what I'd consider express. I'd still recommend CarMax yet I'd warn them of the issues I faced. More
