Excellent at what the dealership at Carmax did. There was no high pressure sales at I never felt anxiety or stress that I had to buy a vehicle. The only info I was hoping for because of all this newer technology in these newer vehicles as I am not use to the touch screen and all the other "bells and whistles". I was really hoping that someone at Carmax could have gone over more of the new technology as I am use to the older vehicles that have a key to start the ignition and and not so much of this newer technology. Maybe if Carmax could hold open classrooms to help out older individuals as in myself understand more of what the vehicle can do for me and how I can adjust settings. I have been watching U Tube a lot and I hope that will help out but it is plenty of retention to try to remember how to use set up to program my vehicle so it is a more friendly user vehicle More

Manager was very rude. Salesman was kind and polite. The tires definitely needed replaced. They measured between 2-3/32 with uneven wear. They said if they are 3/32 the Salesman was kind and polite. So disappointed. Carmax stands by the principle of multipoint inspections including safety. I think they failed with this inspection. I could see the salesperson was embarrassed and apologized how I was treated by the manager. I went ahead and bought the car because this was the car I was looking for. Will not buy from CarMax again. More
They take forever to get your documents ready & my wife had to drive across town because of system issues. Everytime I get a car here, I seem to have brake issues. I’ve purchased about 4 different times & honestly, I keep coming back because the service is great and super low pressure. Just wished these cars were serviced better, quite frankly this might be my last time purchasing from Carmax More
The first time we came in it was awful and with the wrong person. The care was sent from vegas and was "prepped" for us. When we go there it was still dirty and had a crack in the windshield. I noted it was dirty and the dealer said, "what do you expect it's used". Then proceeded to talk to my husband, even though the car was for me. We agreed to come back 3 days later and found it out on the lot again, even though we had an appointment. We were very disappointed and almost left again. Luckily, Matt, greeted us and we explained the situation to the manager as well. It was much smoother and respectful with Matt. More
