It took 3 weeks to transfer from Georgia,at the time of the paper work after complaining the transfer fee was deducted. There was only one keyfob so now I have to spend another $500. It took us 5 hours to get out of there. Their emission inspection machine inop so I had to take care of it myself,$30. Reimbursed. This was the second time using CarMax. First time in and out less then3 hours, at a different location. The sales associates very very good. More
