One thing I would recommend is help with paying for a duplicate Fob. Mine only came with one and they are expensive. A buyer who is on a budget needs all the help they can get and I need to spend another duplicate Fob. Mine only came with one and they are expensive. This was my first time dealing with CarMax although they have come highly recommended ~ test drove the car ~ loved it ~ paid for it although I had 12 days to change my mind and return it~! I had it checked out at a RepairPal mechanic and they found a couple of things that needed a little more help. Everything was very graciously taken care of while I had a loaner car until it was finished. I was able to test drive a few vehicles, given the details regarding the history for each vehicle, and given ample time to ask any further questions and as much as needed to then make a decision on my purchase. I appreciate the Excellent service given to me with my purchase. The challenging part now for me is to get through to customer service regarding having a technician copy and give me the 2nd key I was promised. And I hope when it comes time to service my vehicle, this won’t also be a challenge? More

I was pleasantly surprised by how easy the transaction was. Kayon was very responsive when I communicated with him. He even offered to come in on his day off to assist with the transaction. However, I wish the condition of the vehicle was in better shape. There were some noticeable dings in the body which they were at first reluctant to remove prior to sale. There was also curb rash to the wheels and some scratches in the clear coat that I will need to remove. More
