I had real trouble dealing with car dealers when looking for a used car. There was so much misrepresentation and fraud (charge for etching the Vin number on an EV?). CarMax had none of that. We had a good experience, although it was pricey to ship the car we wanted and so felt a bit locked in to the purchase sight unseen. That being said, we were happy with the Fiat and were relieved to not hav the car we wanted and so felt a bit locked in to the purchase sight unseen. That being said, we were happy with the Fiat and were relieved to not have to go through the typical dealership negotiations where salespeople try to talk you into a car you don’t want because it’s on their lot. We were a little disappointed about some discoloration in the seat fabric and wondered if the car had actually been detailed. More
