Everybody worked very hard to satisfy us, but your financing process is terrible. I went in with a pre-approval for financing. I have a credit score of 841. No matter what the sales people did, the financing process is terrible. I went in with a pre-approval for financing. I have a credit score of 841. No matter what the sales people did, the computer would not approve my loan. I ended up having to pay cash. Speed of the transaction is rated poor because it took 4 1/4 hours to try and resolve the financing problem. More

There later was an issue with the out of state title which wasn't recognized until the inspection, a quick phone call and short trip led to an easy remedy.
