It was fast to get in and out. I told the salesperson that I had custom license plate that I wanted to swap from another vehicle. Overall it was a good experience. The only thing I wasn't a fan of is that I didn't want the CarMax logo and plates. So I asked for them to be taken off, they said sure no problem.
