The first experience we had was lackluster, as we were told by one Luis that he was going to get us an appointment at 3pm the next day and reserve the vehicle. However, when we came in the next day, he ha told by one Luis that he was going to get us an appointment at 3pm the next day and reserve the vehicle. However, when we came in the next day, he had not done this and the vehicle was actually test-driven by another customer before we came. Thankfully, we met one Dane at the front desk and he was a great help from the jump. He got us on the schedule and test-driving the car pretty quickly, while being apologetic about the mix-up. We ended up buying the car as Carmax gave us a great rate and warranty. Overall, a good experience other than this minor issue with Luis. More
