Good afternoon I would like to say that my initial experiences connected with the purchasing this vehicle was somewhat off-putting because of the way the process was handled. I was contacted by multip experiences connected with the purchasing this vehicle was somewhat off-putting because of the way the process was handled. I was contacted by multiple people and sometimes these people were from different states, they all seem to be working for CarMax but they were calling me from different states; that was concerning initially didn't know if I was being had or not this was the part that was off putting for me. The fact that it would be like groundhog Day because that person will call me and the entire conversation would start over from scratch like hello thank you for contacting CarMax and this person had no history of the conversation I had with two or three other people, two or three days before I'd have to start all over all over from scratch and that was just off putting and alarming at the same time. once I got through that and I made it to the dealership in Kearny Mesa the confusion lifted and the process was very smooth although it was kind of long and drawn out because some processes about my military pay was confusing, I had to figure out my password I wasn't ready for that when I got there; but we had to do it and over the course of 2 to 3 hours we figured it out. More

This location at Car Max is a wonderful place to browse cars & to buy a car! They have a tremendous inventory & you can easily find cars as they are arranged in sections. They will direct you to the sect cars & to buy a car! They have a tremendous inventory & you can easily find cars as they are arranged in sections.
