I am a big fan of CARMAX. I needed to replace a car that was declared a total loss by my insurance company. I had a set limit in mind to spend on another vehicle. Upon arrival at CARMAX, I was met by Justin, who offered me a chance to go onto the lot or sit at a computer to look for a car. I opted for sitting at a computer. Justin patiently worked with me to find a vehicle that appealed to me. I asked if I could drive it, and he brought it around for me to test-drive. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the vehicle. It was 5 years old, but it looked and drove like new, with less than 40,000 miles on the odometer. I asked him to hold the car until the following day. I came back, met with the business office people, and made the purchase. Since then, I have told others about my experience, and I highly recommend CARMAX to them. More

Great deal, IF YOU KNOW WHAT YOU"RE LOOKING FOR! I made an appointment!! I'd been to over 15 new car dealers, with so many headaches! LIES and more LIES! PLUS the dealer fees! Lance came to greet I made an appointment!! I'd been to over 15 new car dealers, with so many headaches! LIES and more LIES! PLUS the dealer fees! Lance came to greet me, and asked me a FEW questions. Next, we were looking at the Jeeps, as I requested. Small selection; not exactly what I wanted. Lance had the exact Jeep i wanted shipped up from Naples, Fl., in 3 days! Brought my wife with me! We both loved it! Will definitely return to buy another vehicle!
