Going into CarMax, I was a little nervous since it was my first time purchasing a car. As a new graduate who had just moved back home, I needed a reliable vehicle to get to work. From the moment I walked in, everyone was friendly and welcoming. Cean was the one who helped me throughout the process, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I came in not knowing exactly what kind of car I wanted, but he patiently guided me through the many options available. We first made a list of a few cars I was interested in, and he showed my family and me around to look at them, but none of them really caught my eye. Instead of letting me give up, he went back to the drawing board with me and helped me explore even more options. He took the time to explain which vehicles would be the best value based on mileage and other important factors, making it easier for me to make an informed decision. While helping me, he even took time to let my sister look at a car she was interested in and offered to contact her when it became available. After several attempts, we finally found the perfect car. When he mentioned there was another color available for the same model and it happened to be the exact color I wanted, I knew I had to see it. He brought it over for a test drive, and the moment I drove it, I knew it was the one. Even then, I was a little hesitant and told him I wanted to think about it overnight. He completely understood and never pressured me, simply telling me I could come back the next day with my decision. I returned the following day and purchased the car. Overall, Cean made what could have been a stressful first-time car buying experience feel easy and enjoyable. His patience, honesty, and willingness to go the extra mile made all the difference, and my family and I couldn’t be happier with the car.
