Far exceed my expectations at every turn. We didn't need to finance, but the rate they offered was great so we took it. I love that we can pay off our loan anytime and can cancel the maxcare plan for a prorated refund if we decide we don't need it. We worked with a few different people over the course of the purchase and a few days later when we decided to sell our car (for an exceptional offer IMHO) and everyone was personable and good humored.
