Poor communication and follow up. I thought the process would be easy but it’s not even though I had a speedy pick up. Received my car and it was very dirty which was a disappointment I thought the process would be easy but it’s not even though I had a speedy pick up. They also did not list all the issues and defects the car had which was also a disappointment customer service is a challenge because you talk to an 800 and explain the process then you’re still transferred to the dealer you’re buying from. The people at CarMax were amazing when I first arrived I did not like the idea that I could not view the vehicles without talking to somebody but after entering the showroom that changed people were very ni did not like the idea that I could not view the vehicles without talking to somebody but after entering the showroom that changed people were very nice and willing to show me whatever I wanted to see. I've purchased over 50 vehicles in my life and this might be the best experience I've had The general manager / store manager helped me as I was in a hurry and she recognized it from across the room she made sure I was in and out in a very timely manner where I could keep my appointment that I had after visiting your store.
