They did NOT allow the car to be shipped from FL to NJ, so no sale. I wasn't about the fly to FL just to look at the xxxx car and do the paperwork there. Do not buy from this location. They sold me a car with multiple issues, then took a month to schedule service. They have now had my car for 4 days and I still don’t know when I will get it back. They sold me a car with a damaged rocker panel and accused me of doing the damage! They refused to honor any warranty the car has/had. I was within the 30 day warranty period as well. I was also informed that they don't have to take any requests from CarMax HQ and that all decisions are local and final by each CarMax. So don't expect any help from CarMax HQ! Dave, a manager, at the Atlantic Blvd, Jacksonville, FL CarMax flat out accused me of damaging the car. These people are straight up fraudulent. I've filed a complaint with the FTC, BBB, and the state attorney generals office. I advise all of you to do the same! The government can't act against them if they are unaware of the issues! More
