Although I appreciate Shawni and her supervisor helping me purchase a car, I took it to my mechanic and there were several things wrong with it. The tire light came on after I left rhe dealership. It cost me $170 out of pocket to get the car checked by my trusted mechanic and the time, $ and effort to go back to carmax to get it fixed then have my mechanic look at it again is costly, disappointing and frustrating to me.Finally, how would Carmax executives, supervisors or employees like it if my tire was not working properly and I got into an accident with one of them? How would the executives, supervisors or employees and their families like it if they were seriously injured or killed? I know I don’t like the thought of that, so you decide Carmax, what is the cost-benefit ratio to you? Carmax’s image, reliability, revenues or your livelihoods? Pick one.
