I have found my dealings with CarMax to be honest and fair. They have honored the trade in offers they previously provided me and there are no surprises at the last minute (like I’ve encountered at other fair. He stayed in prompt contact with me while the Hyundai was being shipped from Georgia and even came in on his off day which was the first day I had free, to guide me through the purchasing process. We were done in less than two hours, but I do imagine not financing it sped the procedure up a little. There's a reason I hate dealerships and have gone to Carmax twice, and I will most likely go again the next time I need a car, which I hope won't be for another 7-10 years! No offense. :) More
