Turned out I paid $6,000 OVER book, and that's not their fault. It was a car I wanted, so I knew I'd pay more. Didn't balk at the price. I expected since I did pay a premium, I'd be treated better. The sales person told me they'd replace the convertible top that had a small hole in it. They did not. The sales person said that the top would be covered under warranty (That I paid for) It was not. Even after all this, I still chose to buy it. Hard car to find, so I get it. You want a certain car, hard to find, super low miles, pay a premium. That's not why I'm upset. I'm upset that even though they made a very healthy profit on me, you'd think they would want to keep me happy, reasonably. So, I bought a rather all inclusive warranty for my car, and it developed a ticking noise about 4 months after I drove it home. Called in to set an appointment, that took 7 phone calls, getting disconnected twice (or hung up on?) only to set the appointment that should have taken 5 minutes, that by itself took nearly an hour. So I get there, they look the car over, tell me that they'll keep me abreast of the information. They never actually called me,I had to call 3 separate times to see what the issue was with my car. What was the problem? When they sold it, and did the services, they neglected to properly torque the spark plugs and one had become loose. So, I get to pay $56 for their mistake. It literally took them 10 seconds to fix it, and I got charged $56. Seems "fair" I get to pay for their screw up. Great job guys! Stay away from these people. They try really hard to come across as "friendly" and they do, but it's obvious it's very phony. The employees look unhappy despite trying to keep a happy face. More
