It took 3 weeks for the car to arrive when it was supposed to take 1-2 business days. I am SO impressed by my first experience at CarMax in Springfield, MO! After the disastrous hailstorm that totaled tens of thousands of cars in April 2026, I was able to sit in various makes and models, Springfield, MO! The process was seamless. I wish there was wiggle room on the on the pricing. When picked up the truck, I was told it was detailed. I was assured of the time frame for the sales tax credit, car was paid off EXCEPTIONALLY fast, and when we decided to buy one, again, there was zero nonsense - no sales manager going back and forth, no high pressure finance manager trying to upsell, and no xx stories about how they are being "super fair" with us... It was REFRESHING to buy one that easy - in and out including the test drive in UNDER 2 hours!!! More
