Tables and chairs were clean, lobby and waiting area were comfortable. Did not have to wait long to be helped when we were ready. This is the 4th car we've purchased through carmax in the last 15 years and we've never had that problem before. We had to use alternate emails and open "new client" accounts to complete the purchase. It is mildly frustrating because we can't even switch it over to our normal emails because they are already "in use"...on our original account! More
