It was a fairly streamlined experience. I think, in retrospect, I wouldn't make a 7pm appointment to test drive if sincerely interested in purchasing the vehicle. My experience at this Carmax location was horrible from beginning to end. I’ve been a customer at another Carmax, located in MN, and my experience there was the complete opposite compared to here. I would never ever recommend anyone to this location. Not only due to their numerous errors but also the way the staff at this location including the general manager treat people. The only people here that were wonderful was Sam, Destiney, and Brian. Everyone else, mostly higher ups at this location were awful to work with. More
