Had the Honda Ridgeline transferred from from another location to my location. It took almost three weeks to get in. That was really the not so nice part. Once it got to my city everything changed. Service was great, they have lots of different makes and models to choose from, completing the paperwork was a breeze, and we came out of there unburdened and enjoying our new, to us, used car. Overall, I am very happy with the experience. Carmax gave me a really good deal on my trade-in, they also had a really good price on the car I got. I was there for many more hours than I thought I would be. I uploaded documents and have everything ready to go just the process took too long. Other than that, it was a great car buying experience.
