Everything went well but the chairs on wheels WITHOUT arms on a tile floor are a liability to you. I am 71 yrs old and I hit the floor when the chair rolled and 2 men had to lift me up. Staff was friendly but the service was very slow. The truck was as advertised except they forgot to add in the listing that the truck had been owned by a smoker.
