And the best was in the service department Matthew Stephan went over and above to meet all my needs for the jeep. There were a couple of small things that needed attention and he was right on it. He is also a very pleasant young man who shows he actually cares about the customer. I cannot say enough kind words about him. So Carmax definitely has a comeback customer thank you from Beverly Garrett. There was also the young man Bradley Mowery who helped with the sale and Buying he had great knowledge of what we were doing. And the management team was amazing, the whole staff. Again thank you. The sales floor staff were very friendly and prompt with getting our test drive and purchase completed. Since purchase, it has been difficult to get ahold of the service dept or have them call us back to ge getting our test drive and purchase completed. The people were very friendly and the whole process of buying a car was fantastic. Took a few hours since we brought our own financing, but still zero stress. My only issue is that the car we got was ship buying a car was fantastic. Took a few hours since we brought our own financing, but still zero stress. My only issue is that the car we got was shipped to them and they supposedly did an inspection. Not sure if they did because the rear door was broken. We still wanted the vehicle, but wanted the back door fixed. You'd think they would catch this and fix it before selling. We bought it though, but sadly they had it for a week to fix the issue. Service team was great though and it wasn't their fault. They gave us a rental, but I feel as though the door should've been addressed and fixed prior. More
