This is a big shiny dealership. My salesperson was very nice. But I wasn't happy that they failed to do a smog check on the vehicle I bought. I was not happy that they failed to get a factory recall taken care of before selling the vehicle. The sales manager offered us lunch or dinner to make up for the inconvenience to me, and to reimburse me for the smog check. They did reimburse me for lunch and smog check, however there was confusion about it. I drove to Canoga Park to get reimbursed, and apparently, they had mailed me the checks. So, I wasted my time. It was very nice to be offered lunch and reimbursement, but I would have preferred not to have to fix the recall and get the smog check. More

First, they give you a warranty and a time frame to return. Second, you can buy an EXTENDED warranty. Third, if you have an issue, calling their service department is how you get good customer SERVICE. It's very clearly explained when you buy a car. Still not satisfied? Then stop in and they will address any issue that you have. BTW, they go over all safety issues when you do buy a car. Instead of complaining, the customer should've called CarMax (not the salesperson) or just stopped by. It has always worked for me! More
