Excellent and Friendly Service I didn't purchase my 2019 Levvante at Fields, but my recent service experience convinced me to do so from now on. I had a bad service experience at Z I didn't purchase my 2019 Levvante at Fields, but my recent service experience convinced me to do so from now on. I had a bad service experience at Ziegler in Schaumburg and then saw the difference in ratings on this site. Fields was rated 5 stars and Ziegler was rated 1.6 stars. I then saw the difference for myself in person. Both Steve and Jeremy kept tripping over themselves to accommodate me in any way they could. They know their business well and kept me informed all the way. The work was done efficiently and correctly the first time. I will continue to use Fields for my annual scheduled maintenance and any other work on my car. I have complete confidence in the service team there. Thanks to both of them. More
