Worst experience ever buying a car!!! I bought a car June 10, 2015 and took for test drive and heard a few noises that were minor but annoying and was told they would be fixed before buyin I bought a car June 10, 2015 and took for test drive and heard a few noises that were minor but annoying and was told they would be fixed before buying the car. I drive car off lot no gas in it and the noises were still there. Took me a month to get an appointment to have it fixed and when I got it fixed I leave and the noises are still there and now my alignment is bad and steering wheel is crooked!? What the heck is going on. Now my car is overheating and needed a water pump they refused to fix so I had to pay 320$ before my first payment was even due! This is crazy and the guy I bought from was very rude and acted as though he was irritated bc I am unhappy with a car that makes noises and needed a repair before my first payment was due ! Very unprofessional! Do not go to car xpress your honestly better off walking or going on Craig's list and taking your chances now I have 38 payments left and god knows what else will go wrong with this vehicle ! I have yet to get a call back from the dealership to have my money reimbursed for a repair I should not have needed this early !!! More
