After my wife purchased a used 2007 ford Escape I discovered that Kia only provide 1 key to the vehicle. I called the sales man 3 days in a row and was told each time that he would contact the previo discovered that Kia only provide 1 key to the vehicle. I called the sales man 3 days in a row and was told each time that he would contact the previous owners to see if they had the 2nd key and get back to me. It has now been over 2 weeks and I have not heard from the salesman or the dealership. I have since had to purchase a new key from the Ford dealer at $93.00, that's right $93.00 for a single key. I guess customer service ends with the sale at Cartown Kia. Yes I am upset with having to pay for the key but am more upset that the salesman did not have the decency to even call me back. I have spent my last dime at Cartown Kia. More
My experience was a total joy. I felt like I was treated like an intelligent individual I was given options to get where I wanted to be and not where they wanted to put me into. They worked very hard to ge like an intelligent individual I was given options to get where I wanted to be and not where they wanted to put me into. They worked very hard to get me in a vehicle and actually got me into a nicer one (optima) than the one I actually came to buy for less than what I want to spend and monthly payment. I would totally buy another car from Jason and the finance staff. My experience was a total pleasure! More
My experience with car town kia usa went pretty good until about five days after the deal was done then it was awful . If you are working on rebuilding your credit then don't deal with this dealership until about five days after the deal was done then it was awful . If you are working on rebuilding your credit then don't deal with this dealership they are liars and frauds they do what they want and don't care who it hurts. I would not go back to this dealership for no reason. More
Purchased a 1999 Nissan Sentra that was wrecked, like the moron that I am I did not request a CarFax, but never the less when I asked I was met with the fact that the car was never wrecked when in fact the t moron that I am I did not request a CarFax, but never the less when I asked I was met with the fact that the car was never wrecked when in fact the the Salesman, the Finance Manager and the Owner all three said that the car had never been wrecked. I argued with the owner a few days after and he insisted that any person that had money was subject to people like me. What did he mean exactly? Anyway they did give me a set of tires, and replaced the brake pads, but when I requested that rotors be resurfaced they balked, then I asked that the car have a front end alignment that did not happen either, this should have been done due to the fact that the vehicle was involved in a front end collision. I have since just a year later had to buy new tires, and replace the brakes. Thanks Car Town Kia! More
