Awesome! I live 2+ hrs away from this dealership and I have never stepped foot on their property...However I did purchase a 2017 Kia Sorento from them less tha I live 2+ hrs away from this dealership and I have never stepped foot on their property...However I did purchase a 2017 Kia Sorento from them less than one week ago! I called them and told them what I wanted and explained what kind of car I needed to trade in. The salesman Brandon, was super helpful and patient with me as I was new to this whole experience! He sent pictures of the car I picked out to make sure the color and everything was what I wanted!! A short time later, I was approved and that eveing they DELIVERED my new car to me!! And took my trade in with them as they left!! Best car buying experience...EVER!!!! More

Our credit has dropped, due to both of us experiencing a layoff at the same time and we fell behind on credit card payments. Was very upfront about this when we called to get a credit app and we were told that we would be able to leave with something we were happy with. Basically when we got there- we were handed off to another person, who did not know about our rough patch because the guy we invested our time in couldn't bother with us. When we weren't approved they were rude, and the people around us knew we weren't approved thanks to the lack of professionalism they portrayed. Went to another car dealer and got the price we were looking for, and we weren't treated like garbage over our credit that already made us feel awful enough. Will never again go through Kia, especially cartown Kia on Nicholasville. More
