Heavenly experience Buying a car is so overwhelming to me. I was nauseated before I even got to the dealership. My father and I both were looking for new Kias. I needed great gas mileage since I drive 45-50 miles to work each day. I had done some research on the Kia Niro but I wanted to sit in one and see if it fit me and my needs. It was a beautiful car. Salesperson, Justin Post started us out. He was so kind and drove car to the door for my Dad, who uses a walker. He went above and beyond any kind of service that I have ever experienced. Phil Newman helped with picking out the right Niro to meet my needs the best. Brandon Miller was a jewel and help me pick the most efficient financing for me. It was totally an unexpected visit. It was such a pleasant experience. There was no pressure. I would recommend Cartown Kia to everyone. More

GREAT GREAT EXPERIENCE. This may be a little weird of a review because I didn't not buy a car yet from Car Town Kia. But I am writing a positive review for Car Town Kia & Phi This may be a little weird of a review because I didn't not buy a car yet from Car Town Kia. But I am writing a positive review for Car Town Kia & Philip Newman, & Patrick because even though I was not able to get approved they gave me hope. Newman worked his butt off for me from Friday to Saturday. Showing me two cars the Kia Optima and Kia Forte. I loved the Forte 6-speed! I felt that after I had been to several other dealerships Newman treated me with by far the most respect. First he asked me if I was a veteran of the US military. Which I am a proud 10 year Army vet! No other service even asked me that question, I guess just assuming I wasn't a vet bc I am a woman. And after I said yes, Newman put his pen down and stood at attention and shook my hand. Thanking me for my service. I could tell at that point he was a vet at well. He then showed us cars and explained up front which car would fit my budget better. I can honestly say never was I treated as a number by Newman nor did I ever feel like he couldn't help me. He was so full of hope and we can get it done and we will. Unfortunately for all his efforts Newman and his team were not able to get me a final approval bc of some mistakes I had made in my past. But I was shown a easy and great path to a new car which I will follow to the letter military style and soon be buying a car from Philip Newman & Car Town Kia. Thank you guys so much for trying, This Army Girl appreciates it. Patty will be back. More

Dishonest service department I took my Kia Seoul 2013 after having problems with sudden acceleration; once in November 2016 and second time in January 2017. I was anxious when I h I took my Kia Seoul 2013 after having problems with sudden acceleration; once in November 2016 and second time in January 2017. I was anxious when I heard their answer "we checked everything and could not duplicate the problem." I did my research while the car was serviced by Cartown Kia and it was evident that other people in the US had the same problem. There are testimonials of accidents and even death all over the Internet. The service department kept the car for 7 days alleging that they checked everything to see if they could duplicate the problem. They "paid" for a rental which I appreciate, but I am sure is paid by the guarantee of the car. I had personal belongings stolen from the car while it was there. The General Manager of the dealer try to make it up to me by reimbursing the cost of the stolen things. My problem is that now I have to start a new loan on another vehicle because of the negative equity of the Kia, that was not safe to drive to start with. I would not recommend the service department to anyone. More
