I've been to dealerships where the sales people barely seemed to notice you and when you ask for help it seems like they are burdened. Not at Kia Renton Car Pros! We worked with a gentlemen there named Ron Pitten and he went above and beyond to help us get exactly what we wanted! He dedicated nearly six hours of his day just on working with us! He had very positive energy and even spent an additional 20 minutes going over all the features of the car with us after we made the purchase. If you're in the market for a Kia or certified pre-owned vehicle of another make, I would definitely recommend Kia Car Pros in Renton! More

Raj was very good . . . Raj greeted us when we arrived. He wasn't pushy but inquired about what we wanted. We established that I wanted a 2017 Forte. He encouraged me to take the car for overnight so that both my son and I could both do a lengthy test drive. I was quite tired when it was time to go negotiate so I called Raj and asked if I could come the next day to do the deal. He said yes. We were both satisfied with the test drive so went ready to negotiate. I was prepared with how much I was willing to pay - I came out $200 under my max so I was pleased. Then Raj turned me over to 'Jim,' the finance guy. He was bound and determined that I would buy the extended warranty for $2899 and I had to buy it that day. I repeatedly said no. I do not spend $3000 without research and planning so I continued to say no. I have no doubt that his arguments were valid, I just didn't want it 'now or never.' I was almost to the point of rescinding the sale due to his pushiness. Raj was great, Jim not so much. More
