We initially worked with Sam, a wonderful person, and later was transferred to Ms. Ty Coleman during the second visit as Sam was unavailable then. Ty is such a nice lady, she made our every visit so pleasant. She was very helpful, patient, understood our concerns, gave us wonderful advises according to our requirements. One can understand how much Renton Kia values their customers after working with Ty. Ty always had that wonderful smile on face how much ever we annoyed her with our questions :D She answered every query of a new buyer like us so brilliantly and patiently, wiping away our worries. Finally, We bought a wonderful pre-owned Honda Civic from the store. Unlike other dealers, Renton Kia did not turn away after selling the car. We found a minor issue after buying the car (a pre-owned car) and as soon as we contacted Ty, she considered our concern and helped us immediately in having the issue fixed.
