A pleasant experience I have always hated purchasing cars. Playing stupid games in an office for hours has never appealed to me. What a difference at Kia of Renton! Samwise Sorter listened to me and responded to my wishes and needs. I purchased my 2016 Sorento and left feeling good about the experience. My girlfriend found an excellent 2015 Optima and they helped her make an equally good purchase experience. Jeremy, the F&I guy, gave helpful advice and totally professional service, the same as Samwise. I recommend these people and this dealership to anyone who is in the market for a vehicle. They truly are "Pros". More

Joseph Miller is AWESOME! I went to the dealership to window shop. I was approached by Mr. Miller. He was friendly, welcoming and very inquisitive. I was currently driving a Toyota Sienna. But I really wanted a van with some bells and whistles. He showed me the various models of Sedona's Kia has to offer. He showed me a Sedona that had what I was looking for. It had leather heated seats, seats up to 8 passengers and had extra storage compartments. I was in no hurry to purchase another vehicle that day. But when we sat down to talk numbers. It really started to come together that I was going to purchase the new vehicle that day. The negotiation process went great. Mr. Miller really went to bat for me. There were no weird pressure tactics. There wasn't any grey area of what the next process was going to be. The process took a couple of hours but it was a worth my time. I was able to get a great rate and they gave me a good price on my trade-in. Joseph Miller is really awesome. I have recommended him to all my friends. He's the man to buy a new car from. The dealership was clean and the mood of the dealership was very pleasant. They offered snacks and everyone says hi. My finance officer TY was so nice and very professional. More

For me, the decision to buy a car is a slightly intimidating experience. Additionally, I wanted to buy a car I really didn't know anything about! Joseph was so knowledgeable about all the different cars I was interested in, I learned so much! He was never pushy, always respectful, and answered every question I could come up with. He worked very patiently with me to show me a lot of different options, and to get the price range I was looking for. When the decision was made to move forward, the financing process went smoothly. I would say that out of all my car buying experiences, this rated A+. I would definitely recommend Car Pros and Joseph to friends and family. More
I was encouraged to purchase the car that I REALLY WANTED I spent one afternoon with Joe M. and Oudom C. getting familiarized with the used inventory available in my $ range and desired specs. These two employees were very friendly and upbeat, treating me like family from the word go. They helped me test drive a 2012 Sol (red!), and I loved the feeling of driving something that was a bit bigger than a sedan. This was only my second car purchase in the 21 years I have been driving, so I had a lot of questions and they answered every one of them. I was encouraged to purchase the car that I REALLY WANTED- and the details of how to apply for financing would be meticulously hammered out to their best ability by working with the other departments at the dealership. I got a screaming deal and walked away proud of myself for making an informed decision- to go ahead and take the first car I test drove. I did not have extra time to waste going to lots of sellers on other days as I work several jobs. I appreciate the customer service I was given and would recommend this place to friends and family. More

We even sent the package that we were looking at to them (an option and recommendation from their website). When we walked in we were asked what we were looking for and we handed them the print-out from their website. We explained that the payment package, and lease terms were exactly what we were working with the salesman. He said, "Okay, no problem,. Let me pull up the car so you can take it for a test drive." We obviously proceeded to drive the car and loved it! We started filling out paperwork and then after nearly 2 hours of waiting, we were told that the print-out on the internet was wrong. I proceeded to show them on their website where it show'd the pricing for not only the cars we were looking at but for multiple cars and he told me they all were wrong. He did not know why they were listed that way and then begin to highlight the disclaimer on their website. We ended up not purchasing the 2 cars and left the dealership feeling completely sideswiped. Not a good experience! We were told that the General Manager would be calling us, but we never did hear from him. Another lie. Be careful going in. Don't have expectations and it would probably be great. More

Not only did he insult my intelligence but he showed a total disregard for my time! Having driven the model I was interested in the month before, I was ready to walk in, plunk down a check for my down payment, sign and drive out with a new car. Instead, my time was wasted, I spent over 2 miserable hours after a long day at work listening to lies, vain flattery and ultimately a bait and switch. Just as I was ready to sign, the dealer stepped away keeping me waiting again, came back and informed me the car I came to buy was sold but "this one" was just a little more money. Really? You waste my entire evening to tell me that? When I didn't bite, I was subject to flattery about what a really nice person I am, I'm such a good person, I like you...... How stupid do you think I am??! All you had to do was give me the keys, take my money and let me drive away the car I came to buy. Instead, I'm here writing you a bad review. Ladies, beware of this guy, he apparently thinks all women are stupid. More
