I bought a used Kia Soul from Car Pros at the end of 2020. That experience was fine. However. I have been trying for WEEKS to get through to someone at the service department. I have texted them. I have used their live chat feature (which promised I would be receiving a return call from them ... and this was over a week ago) I tried using their online service scheduler which simply does not work. I was willing to give them the benefit of the doubt that they were extremely busy and would call me/text me/email me eventually. Today I called several times again. No answer. Left two voice messages. I then called Lee Johnson Kia in Kirkland. Someone in the service department answered the phone. I scheduled an appointment for service. This took less than 10 minutes. Don’t t go here if you want considerate service. Both headlights went out on me while visiting from out of state and they wouldn’t even give me a ‘token’ let me take a quick look. It was ‘we have no one to diagnose it so we can replace the bulbs for $300 but that may not fix it. I was obviously stressed but they could care less. Went down the street to a local place… Advance Auto Tune had me fixed within an hour for under $60. So glad KIA missed out on robbing me of $300! More

Three people deserve special mention - 1)John, who greeted us warmly and courteously, assessed our needs, immediately knew the only used car on the lot that met the majority of our criteria and then because he was otherwise engaged elsewhere guided us to our sales person 2)Dania R. - Dania was new to the dealership but not to car sales. She was courteous, asked to hear from us personally what we were looking for so that nothing was lost in translation on the handover from John. Dania took us for a test drive, was knowledgeable about the car itself, the ownership history and open to negotiating the deal. This is the first time EVER that I have not felt manipulated or played in this part of a car purchase. Kudos to Dania for keeping it feeling like a mutual win/win rather than screwing the customer for every penny they could. Shepherding the paperwork went well and smoothly. Dania is a keeper if you vakue customer care and satisfsction. 3) Francis Garcia if patience is a virtue that young man is very virtuous! Despite clearing the purchase ahead of time with our bank when it came to pay the piper our bank screwed up. It took almost an hour and a half to get the bank fiasco sorted. During that time Francis was calm, reassuring, patient and never once showed a hint of irritation or frustration or (as could easily have happened) doubt as to our ability to clear the funds and finish the purchase. We will be talking to our bank immediately but because of these three great people, we will be talking ABOUT our experience at Car Pros Kia Renton for a long time to come. All aspects including price negotiation were extremely satisfactory. Dania's knowledge of the vehicle history for the car we eventally chose was clear and concise. She provided us with all the information we needed to make our deliberation & decision to purchase. Dania was professional yet friendly. Francis who did the paperwork end was clear and courteous and patient as we navigating challenges with our bank. We walked away happy with our purchase and would favorably recommend Rento Kia - CarPros . More
I dont like how i was treated , i called and made appointment i advised the lady of the problems i was having with headlights on sorento 2011 , so i was scheduled for a diagnostic , i told the ge appointment i advised the lady of the problems i was having with headlights on sorento 2011 , so i was scheduled for a diagnostic , i told the gentleman when i arrived what i was there for and advised that it was a consistent issue with right headlight ,but that when i arrived i had no headlights , i dropped car and got a call later and was told that the left side was fine it was the right that was the problem and needed to be replaced , they also let me know other things that they seen that need attention , i was told about a finance option so i said ok lets do some of those things , they kept car over night to complete work it was a total of 1300.00 ... i got the diagnostic, the light fixed on r side and brakes and rotors for the rear and also replace serpentine belt this was 1/13/2022 and on 1/28/22 i was driving and noticed once it was getting dark the left light was out ... i was livid , i called and called left several messages and even emailed the lady that i was working with , no response , so i called and go a lady that set up appointments explained a bit to her and she says she has to send me back to Beth i left another message, i went in and i explained to the gentlemen my issue and asked why wouldn't they just do both , common sense is when you replace 1 light you do the other , he then said but maam why would we charge you $ 285.00 twice when only one needed replacing .... hmmmm , i was like well common sense and sir why would you charge me the labor for both lights and both parts ???? you would charge the labor 1x and 2x for parts and he says no thats not how it goes , so after i have did this finance thing for about $1300 and now i will have to pay the labor and parts for my left light now …. they could at least fix it for just part , this is bull and i cant get no answers , i hope to get some answers , i don't wanna be snotty More

Stare in awe as the poster child for male incompetence tells you that they’re “just going to flip the car for $90k in a few weeks” if you don’t buy it now. [Friendly tip for any would-be sales managers reading this: if you can easily sell a car for $30k over MSRP don’t waste your time breathlessly trying to convince someone to buy it for *only* $15k over. Further perks of Car Pros Kia: - Paying $20k more for a car (over the life of a loan) due to comically (and suspiciously) high APRs for an 800 credit score - Not being allowed to test drive the car you want to buy - Being charged for aftermarket parts that they’ve installed and “definitely can’t remove” - Trade-in value being reduced right before signing - Waiting for long periods with your wife and children while the staff bickers over which lie to feed you next - A sales manager birthed from the Axe scented taint of an abandoned Express Here’s the tl;dr: I went to Car Pros to buy a First Edition Kia EV6 and was met with several attempts to force me into a bad deal. Logan, the sales manager, is an inept and characterless xxxx who attempts yo make up for his lack of personality & intellect with aggression & condescension (particularly toward his own staff - this dude summoned his staff to his desk (by yelling) then made them raise their hands like children and dismissed them equally so). Ended up buying a First Edition EV6 from Chuck Olson Kia for barely over MSRP the very next day. Great service, great staff. Skip Car Pros. More

I had the worst experience at this horribly poorly managed place at hands of a high handed autocratic manager Logan Spidel. I was humiliated for not paying and bidding on the markets most wanted Kia Telluride. I had been exchanging some emails with this dealership on the Telluride and he mentioned he has a black SX model which I was trying to buy. After reaching the dealership the sales associate pulled the relevant details that he wanted to without getting our explicit approval on getting our credit score pulled. After pulling our credit scores and without telling us the price of the vehicle which I made explicitly clear over multiple emails that I am not willing to pay anything above MSRP for more than 3 grand. After reaching the dealership and waiting for the price for more than an hour this guy with a very high attitude comes in front of us and says that he there is a bidding war and he got a highest bidder who’s willing to pay 7K over the MSRP and because you came first you know I’m gonna throw in certain materials like a cross bar and floor mats. He said meeting those credentials and outbidding or paying 7K extra I can have the car. I was like I made it clear to you dude let’s not waste each others time let’s not make me drive from Everett to Renton as I’m not gonna pay more than 3K knowing that you made me come here and now you’re saying that there’s a bidding war there’s a highest better who’s going to pay 7K and if I’m willing to pay the car is mine which is an absolute waste of time you pull my credit score which is going to ding me without even checking with me that head I’m gonna get you a price that you want. The experience at the dealership and the rude high handedness arrogance is something I have never experienced in my life ever and never expected in a service industry. The car dealership this is absolutely unbelievable. This guy and dealership has 000 respect from my side they wasted my time my kids time my wife’s time they made us drive without telling us and pull my credit scores and now they want us to bed for a car which I told at the stars that I’m not gonna bit above 3K. The car dealership is such a bad experience and such a bad aftertaste I would never want to go back to the dealership in my life and I’m gonna tell my entire company not to go there bad people bad attitude highhandedness zero customer respect More
