Great Service as usual After my wife's new KIA was serviced for the first time, the paperwork showed that it, what I thought was uneven break pad wear for a car that had bee After my wife's new KIA was serviced for the first time, the paperwork showed that it, what I thought was uneven break pad wear for a car that had been driven only 3500 miles, 80% of which were driven on the highway (a trip to California and back). I was immediately concerned so I set up a follow up appointment to resolve the issue. Ed Hoffman, my service advisor checked the car in. Their service department went through the break system to make sure that if there was anything wrong, they could fix it. Ed sat down with me and explained all the things they had checked out, why they did, and the outcome of their testing. He also explained that cars that have front wheel drive have a thicker break pad in the front than they do in the rear. Concern solved. Thank you Ed for spending the time. Over the years, I have never had a service person sit down with me to explain what they did and why. They just quickly went over the service report and asked if it would be cash or credit. It's great to deal with a company (Car Pros) that treat you with respect and not trying to always sell you something you don't need. More

He let us make the choice of which car to purchase, and took the time to show us the different options. When finally my wife made her choice, Brian took the time to explain the cost of the car, and was very patient as my wife kept on asking questions and bargaining. Whenever he could not make a decision, he referred our side to his Manager, and this was like a sea-saw event. Finally we came to n agreement, and from there on, buying the car was easy! There was no pressure at all - which I really appreciate. Yes, the negotiations was long, but finally we were able to get the car that my wife wanted. After we got into the car, Brian even helped us understand the features of the car (phone, blue tooth pairing, etc.). Yes, I would recommend CAR PROS to anyone who would like to buy a car! More

Larry Smith dealt with me exclusively ONLINE VIA EMAIL PER MY REQUEST and was able to accommodate all of my requests. At first I told him I thought it was "too good to be true" and he assured me he would honor what he quoted. When I arrived at the dealership with my Grandson Blake we were met by Michelle Bartz and she went to have Larry come down to meet us. He then had Michelle take over and drive us out to the lot and look at the KIA SOUL EV models that were available. WE LOVED HER TELLING US HER HUSBAND'S PERSONAL STORY ABOUT FINDING CHARGING STATIONS AND HOW MANY MILES WERE POSSIBLE ON A FULL CHARGE. It was Michelle's personal experience that assuaged my concerns about being able to drive without worry about running out of power. James To in the finance department was also very helpful and provided excellent service on getting all of the paperwork completed. We are scheduled to pick up our new KIA SOUL EV on Tuesday September 5th after it has been completely safety checked and powered. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE RENTON KIA DEALERSHIP!!!! The offer that was "too good to be true" turned out to be the BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! More

Excellent Customer Service Everyone provided great customer service and Danielle Turner was my service advisor. She explained everything to me and also took my key fob to get a new battery as I asked about that last minute. She kept me in the loop via text as to how things were going while I waited, explained the services that were provided and the checks made, and gave me a ticket for a free car wash! She also escorted me to my car when everything had been completed - I will definitely go back again. More
